our specifications. We distribute what we buy
to all our restaurants that takes advantage of
our purchasing power & bulk buying.

welcome any suggestions from our franchises regarding:1.
Developing a limited verity or flavors of pizza
that caters to local taste.2. Develop a menu set
that can offer parts of the "DA WILLY" menu at
the initial stage. 3. A shared marketing &
promotional program.

Due
to the fact that "DA WILLY" is stationed in
Milan Italy, we are unable to give an approximate
cost for franchise start up cost outside the
region. Typically, for the 1st franchise, a
one time franchise fee of US$ 10,000.00 is paid
at the time of signing the franchise agreement
in addition to 4% royalty fee calculated on
the sales volume, excluding sales tax or value
added tax (VAT). The above franchise fee can
be reduced for any subsequent franchise.

| We
welcome the opportunity to co-operate with an individual
or business whom desire to develop an entire territory
with multiple dawilly restaurants. You must meet
a cretin net worth requirements, pay "DA WILLY"
a license fee and a portion of the initial franchise
fees & royalties. As a master franchiser you'll
be responsible for supervising all restaurants.
You must have your own at least one franchise to
use for selling and train new franchisees. |
